Our retreats’ are designed specifically for middle aged men who are passionate about cycling, and looking for a unique and exclusive opportunity to build lasting friendships, boost mental health, and enjoy a few days of good old fashioned Aussie mateship..
Not at all! Whether you’re an experienced and ultra-fit cyclist, or someone who’s more on the “I ride for fun, fitness and friendship” side of things, our retreats will offer you something that you won't experience anywhere else. The focus of our group rides is on enjoying the ride and connecting with mates - new and old.
We’re NOT a cycling training camp.
We’re NOT a one day Event Ride or Fondo.
We’re NOT about racing, competition, dick swinging or STRAVA PR’s.
Our retreats offer a blend of supported group rides, workshops on resilience, stress reduction and high performance mindset, as well as plenty of free time to hang out with like-minded men or do your own thing.
We provide a well-rounded, relaxed, non-competitive experience that focuses on both physical and mental health - through a lens of cycling and mateship.
Our retreats are typically between 3 to 5 days and are held in various cycling mecca’s across across Australia - including Bright Vic, NOOSA Qld, and Jindabyne NSW.
This depends on the Ticket Type you purchase (Standard or Premium) and the cycling style of the retreat you chose.
